It all started with a high school trip to England, when Janine realized she has an innate need to see and do and learn beyond her hometown in upstate New York. She’s since spent time exploring Italy, France, the Caribbean, and Hawaii, as well as digging deep into domestic travel. She has found that her favorite way to experience local culture is through its people, food, and wine, so she makes sure to always plan a food tour in a new city to understand its history and to discover the local specialties.
