Krystal Greathouse is a Brownell fan favorite! She has literally grown up at Brownell, with over 20 years under her belt. In 2010, Krystal was the recipient of the Spirit of Brownell award. The prestigious annual award is nominated by staff and selected by the board of directors.
Krystal is an anchor of the accounting department where she works diligently training new employees, and reconciling bank statements. Many members of agency back-office staffs, especial bean counters, do not spend much time with travel suppliers or front-line advisors. Krystal is the enthusiastic exception to this rule. Brownell’s partners from around the world look forward to catching up with Krystal in the office and at our annual company meeting.
In addition to being a key member of the accounting team, Krystal also chairs Brownell’s philanthropic endeavors. She manages in-house volunteers for fundraising and giving campaigns such as The Nature Conservancy, Toys for Tots, Community Foundation of Greater Birmingham and several local schools. The only thing bigger than Krystal’s personality is her heart!
