Cara has spent her entire 16 year career in the hospitality industry beginning in hotels and eventually with Brownell, where she has been since 2016. Her fondness for discovery by learning about other cultures and engaging with those from different walks of life is what makes her such a successful travel liaison.
At Brownell, she began by arranging and overseeing luxury leisure travel for her clients. She received Brownell’s 1887 Award (by exceeding $175,000 in revenue annually) in 2018, 2019 and 2021. In 2021, she transitioned to their incentive travel department collaborating with group clientele. She has thrived in this role as it allows her the opportunity to travel with her groups and cultivate strong relationships with them.
Cara’s extensive travel experience has taken her from the lands of India, Greece and Ireland to the shores of Puerto Rico, Riviera Maya Mexico, Anguilla, St. Barts, St. Martin, St. John and St. Kitts of the Caribbean. Among her personal favorite experiences are going on Safari in Kenya during The Great Migration and taking in the beauty, food and wine of Portugal. She adores the spirituality growth of wellness retreats, the sand between her toes absorbing the crashing waves and distant sunset…and every place in between.
