Exciting Openings

Mandarin Oriental is dedicated to maintaining its incomparable reputation at each of its properties around the world. The company’s impeccable attention to detail and commitment to tradition has allowed a legacy to transcend time and be the example by which new ventures follow.

This year, Mandarin Oriental is adding two new destinations to its portfolio, as well as welcoming an existing property back to the luxury standard with a full-scale renovation.

Mandarin Oriental Singapore

Singapore

The Mandarin Oriental Singapore is reopening after a 6-month renovation, just in time for one of the most anticipated sporting events in the world. On September 17, Marina Bay will become a racetrack for Formula One’s Singapore Grand Prix. Here, international superstars will race around the city just steps from the newly refurbished hotel. Whether you’re an avid super-car fanatic or looking for a new bucket-list opportunity, witnessing a Formula One race is a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

The new Mandarin Oriental Singapore has been described as “a new dawn of exceptional luxury.” The multi-million-dollar renovation has been entrusted to world-renowned interior design firm Design Wilkes, who look to blend subtle Oriental touches with luxurious contemporary finishings. The renovation will reach all 527 rooms, the main lobby, and dining venues.

Mandarin Oriental Costa Navarino

Costa Navarino

This summer, an exceptional addition to the Mandarin Oriental brand emerges in Pylos, Greece, where the Mediterranean countryside meets the sea. Here, Mandarin Costa Navarino lies quietly tucked into the hillside, almost as if folded into the natural beauty. The property welcomes guests looking for spacious suites and villas to emphasize privacy and seclusion in a Grecian paradise. Inspired by the outdoors, each accommodation welcomes the opportunity for indoor and outdoor living. A contemporary design decorated with natural finishes emphasizes the location.

Once there, stroll to the quaint town of Gialova and wade the waters at Kalamaris Waterfall, book a private room at The Spa for a treatment inspired by rituals from the Far East, or dine on local culinary masterpieces overseen by Executive Chef Bertrand Velegeas. Mandarin Costa Navarino will be open for bookings beginning August 15 of this year.

Mandarin Oriental Mayfair

Mayfair

Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, London, is the most recent hotel to join the Mandarin Oriental portfolio and will open in Autumn this year. Much like London’s sophisticated elegance, this new property looks to become a crossroads for intrepid travelers and businesspeople in the heart of one of London’s most exclusive neighborhoods.

The vibrant atmosphere will be a blend of sleek accommodations with Euro-Asian influences, a wellness sanctuary with a spa and fitness center, and a glittering rooftop experience that highlights the central city location with 360-degree views of the London skyline. Mayfair will become a welcome sister to the Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park.
