Rolf Welch’s passion for travel planning began at an early age during family vacations with his large extended family. He developed a keen understanding and excitement of the travel industry being introduced to new cultures and cities at a young age and when living in London, England for four years. Rolf’s prior career in the Financial Services and Commercial Real Estate industries focused on building client relationships and understanding their needs to be successful. Rolf brings this same passion and client focus expertise to work hand-in-hand with clients to develop tailored and personalized itineraries. He takes pride in his ability to understand and discover each client’s vision for the perfect trip and will navigate them through both their simple and complex travel desires.

Rolf grew up in in San Francisco, CA and now resides in Richmond, VA with his wife and 3 daughters. Spending his summers in the Napa Valley, working & living in London, and his wide range of expert destination knowledge gives Rolf the understanding and expertise to provide personalized, unique itineraries tailored to each individual client. He has many memorable travel experiences from playing golf on the cliffs of Kinsale, Ireland; family vacations to the Caribbean, Mexico & Hawaii; and annual trips back to the Napa Valley and Lake Tahoe.
